Ban on importation of goods to Russia from/via Ukraine

The PM of the Russian Federation has introduced a ban on importation of goods to Russia coming from Ukraine (for the goods of Ukrainian origin, or dispatched from Ukraine, or transited through Ukraine). The HS codes of such goods is in the annex to the decree.

At the same time, the transit of these goods through the Russian territory to the third countries is allowed if cargo apartments are duly sealed, in particularly with navigation seals supporting GLONASS navigation system.
