ECMT temporary derogations -Extension of validity of goods transport related documents to be used within the ECMT quota system

Taking into consideration importance of ensuring continuous goods flows in the current situation caused by Covid 19 pandemic, and following the appeal of several Member countries in the interests of health and safety of the staff engaged in the different aspects of goods transport, the ITF Ropad Group Chairmenship and the Secretariat proposes the following temporary derogations as regards the goods transport related documents to be used within the ECMT quota system:
These derogations shall be applied by default to the actual certificates or short-term licences, without changes.
The two temporary measures are recommended for a limited period of time as from Wednesday 1 April 2020 until 30 June 2020 (included) by default and in absence of expressed objection by any of the Member countries.
