BSEC-URTA

The International Union of Road Transport Associations in the BSEC Region (BSEC-URTA) is aimed at mutual cooperation and turning the Black Sea into a region of peace, freedom, stability and prosperity, and safeguarding its members’ interests against governments and international organisations, and performing relevant actions to reduce and gradually eliminate barriers to road transport.
