FRANCE - Loi Macron - grace period on fines until 23 July

"Until 23 July the French enforcers will continue to control Loi Macron requirements however without any fine or other sanction in case of an infringement or irregularity, explain the new provisions and most likely issue a warning.

Although we welcome this step, the IRU continues its efforts in introducing a complete longer term (months) moratorium on Loi Macron controls. We will inform the Members as soon as new information are available. Members are also asked to report any control on Loi Macron and provide the IRU Secretariat with documentation."
