Traffic disruptions linked to farmers' protests at 10:00 on 25 January 

Île-de-France area
Yvelines (78):
N12:

  • snail operation (13 tractors and 4 light vehicles) towards Paris between the municipalities of Méré and Bois-d'Arcy (A12). Arriving at Bois-d'Arcy (A12), the procession will take the A12 towards Rocquencourt (A13). The procession which had stopped at the commune of Bailly has resumed its progression at reduced speed (snail operation), it is now heading towards Rocquencourt (A13), then taking the exit towards the N186 at the commune of Le Chesnay-Rocquencourt, then on the N186, the procession will take the direction of Saint-Quentin en Yvelines (A12), then the A12 towards Bois-d'Arcy, then the N12 towards the province.

East Zone
Aube (10):

  • Gathering of agricultural machinery from 12:00 p.m., with monopolization of the D619 from the crossroads with the Thennelières motorway access to the crossroads with the Trojan ring road.
  • from 2:00 p.m., blocking of the A26 motorway, in both directions of traffic at the Thennelières toll (exit no. 23) => interruption of traffic on A26, in both directions, from the Charmont toll- sous-Barbuise (exit no. 22), to the junction with the A5 motorway, from noon until late morning on 01/26.
  • on 26 January 26 at 9:30, movement of the convoy towards the Torvilliers toll on the A5 for blocking of both directions of traffic => interruption of traffic on A5, in both directions, from the Magnant toll (exit no. 22) to at the Vulaines toll (exit no. 19) from 8:00 a.m.
  • at the end of the morning, when the entire convoy has arrived at the Torvilliers blockage point, reopening of the A26 section and the section of the A5 going from the Magnant toll (exit no. 22) to the St-Thibault toll (exit no. 21).
  • the blockage of the A5 in Torvilliers should end at the end of the afternoon.

Doubs (25):

  • Movement (snail operation) on the A36 motorway planned with a departure between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. from the Chemaudin toll stations (ramp no. 3) in the direction of Beaune towards Mulhouse and Baume les Dames (ramp no. 5 ) in the Mulhouse/Beaune direction for a regrouping around 12:00 p.m. near the Marchaux exit (n°4.1) and blocking of the A36 in both directions.
  • The movement would involve 250 people and would last until around 3:00 p.m
  • Then return in the opposite direction via A36 according to arrangements which remain to be determined.

Moselle (57):
A31:

  • interchange 29 in Fey from 9:00 a.m.: cutoff in direction 1 at diffuser 28 (RD910 and RD955) and cutoff at diffuser 29 (return to A31 at diffuser 29) – prospects of significant traffic jams on A31 and secondary network;
     
  • interchange 43 in Thionville from 9:00 a.m.: cut in direction 2 at diffuser 44 (RD15 and RD653) and direction 1 cut at diffuser 41 (avenue du 14July 1789 and RD14) – prospects of significant traffic jams on the A31 and secondary network ;

A320  :

  • interchange with A4 at Freyming-Merlebach: closure in direction 2 at PR 0 and compulsory exit at diffuser 40 and direction 1 closure - note: A320 transferred to CD57 on January 1

Haut-Rhin (68) :

A35 :

  • closure of section A35 between interchanges 28 and 29 in both directions of traffic: from Thursday January 25 to Friday January 26 from 1:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
  • closure between the Croix de la Hardt interchange and interchange 29: from Thursday January 25, 2024 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
  • speed reduction of 20 km/h for all vehicles applicable from interchange 23 (Rozenkranz) to interchange 35 (Bartenheim).

Yonne (89):

  • interruption of A6 and A19 on Thursday January 25 from 8:45 a.m. for an unknown duration:
  • the A6 is cut between Auxerre south (exit 20) and Avallon (exit 22) in both directions of traffic;
  • the A19 is cut between St-Denis les Sens (exit 1) and Courtenay (exit 17) in both directions of traffic;
  •  The diversion routes will be put in place as part of the activation of the Traffic Management Plan (TMP).

Haute-Saône (70):
D457 limits N19 to Vesoul (70): filter dam at the Vaugine roundabout in Vesoul (70) on the RD457.

Saône-et-Loire (71):
Departures from snail operations at 9:30 a.m.:

  • Perrecy-les-Forges to take the RCEA (RN70),
  • Moroges to take the RCEA (RN80),
  • Autun to take the D680.

 Convergence of these 3 processions at 11:00 a.m. at the Jeanne Rose de Montchanin roundabout (historic gathering place of the “yellow vests”). Dispersion announced for 3:00 p.m.

 "Non-union" action possible on a roundabout on the Mâcon-Cluny axis (RN79).

South-West Zone

Gers (32):

  • A54  : at Salon de Provence, blocking at the Merle rest area in both directions.

Gard (30):

  • A9: Traffic cut between interchange no. 25 Nimes Ouest at pk 55 to the A9/A7 junction in the south-north direction. The following mandatory exits and prohibited entries are in place.

Haute-Garonne (31):

N125 : maintenance of the closure of the N125 in both directions of traffic between the Bazert roundabout (commune of Seilhan) and the Labroquère traffic light intersection (commune of Labroquère), with S4 diversion of the PGT Val d'Aran. The N125 PL access is blocked from Spain, for other PL: return to the roundabout in the town of Barbazan;

N88:

  • Closure of RN 88 (Albi ring road) in both directions of traffic between interchanges no. 14 (le Séquestre) and no. 13 (Fontlabour) commune of Séquestre with local deviations;

A20: entry prohibited and compulsory exit at the 59 Caussade interchange;

A62

  •  Ech 9 Castelsarrasin and Ech 8 St Loup: cut off in both directions of traffic on the A62 at the toll;
  • Valence d'Agen: Blocking of entry toll no. 8 of Valence d'Agen direction Toulouse / Bordeaux.
  • GOLFECH power station: 2 blocking points at the main entrance to Golfech D953;

D30  : at La Majistère, bridge damaged and closed following tire fire. Axis cut.

Vaucluse (84):
A7:

  • traffic ban on all vehicles on the A7 from interchange no. 23 Avignon north - Le Pontet to the limit of the department of Vaucluse in the south/north direction;
  • snail operation from Marseille to Lyon in Piolenc since 7:00 a.m.

  • in Brest (29): blocking of the Pont d'Iroise (two directions) (farmers' demonstration ended but imminent arrival of TP demonstrators - bridge kept closed);

N164  : axis cut in both directions at the interchange of the commune of Cléden-Poher (Carhaix sector)

N12: cut in both directions near Morlaix (two directions of traffic).
