Bulgaria: Farmers’ protests – impact of roads

Bulgarian farmers will start protest actions today, 6 February 2024. 

On the attached map, they have marked over 80 “hot spots” in the country that will be blocked every day by heavy machinery.
The protests start at 10:00 today and will last for two hours. In the following days the time for protest actions should be extended until the farmers' demands are met. Farmers are asking to revise the proposal of allocation of state aid and budget.
