Belarusian and Russian road goods transport operators banned in EU

The Official Journal of the EU has published Regulations EC 2022/576 and 2022/577, with additional details on the prohibition of transport operations to and from the EU by Belarusian and Russian road transport operators, including for the purpose of transit.
Affected Belarusian and Russian operators’ vehicles must leave EU territory by 16 April 2022.
There are some exemptions to the ban, including transport by road of oil, gas and some minerals; pharmaceutical, medical, agricultural and food products; goods for humanitarian purposes; and goods to be used by diplomatic or consular offices.
