Obligatory Rules when driving on the roads of the Republic of Bulgaria

The Bulgarian Ministry of Interior has issued brochures in Bulgarian, Turkish, German and English language in order to inform the foreign drivers, entering Bulgaria about the main current road traffic rules in the country.

The brochures contain some of the penalties and the fines for violating the traffic rules, for example for not having vignette stickers, switched off daylights/headlights, use of alcohol and drugs while driving and others.
