Same conditions for all travellers entering Slovenia to apply from July 15. Vaccinated/recovered/tested rule in place for all transiting travellers and drivers of goods vehicles
DRIVING RESTRICTIONS13 July 2021
The latest amendments to border entry rules will begin to take effect on Thursday, 15 July 2021. Colour-coded lists of countries will no longer be applicable. All travellers entering Slovenia will have to comply with the same requirement: they must be vaccinated or they have recovered from COVID-19 or they must provide a negative test.
The same rule applies to travellers transiting Slovenia on their way to another country and to all persons in international freight and passenger transport.
The EU digital COVID certificate and digital certificates of third countries will be also accepted as proofs.
Also, there will be only two quarantine-free and no-test-required exceptions for entry into Slovenia: the exceptions apply to owners of property on both sides of the border, and children aged under 15 travelling with their parents or custodians.
