Spain: Floods – impact on road networks – update in Valencia

The road network is still very impacted in the province of Valencia: https://infocar.dgt.es/etraffic/.

Transport of goods with vehicles over 7,5t is banned in the province of Valencia, except if the expedition or delivery is in that province.

In addiction, in the following roads the traffic is also forbidden for goods transport vehicles over 7,5t, from Monday to Friday and from 7:00 to 22:00:

Exceptions:

• emergency vehicles
• transport vehicles intended for the basic supply of water, energy and communications, and for the distribution of food and medicines, as well as the transport of live animals
• vehicles specially adapted for the transport of prepared concrete and hot asphalt mixes
• vehicles for assistance on public roads
• vehicles intended for sewer or unclogging services

The restrictions apply from 4 November 2024 (00:00).
