Posting in the Netherlands: introduction notification rules

As from 1 March 2020, the Netherlands introduces an electronic notification system for employers whose drivers are temporarily posted in the Netherlands. Drivers, but also self-employed persons, are considered posted as they execute transports in, to and from the Netherlands, thus all transports except transports in transit through the Netherlands.
