Supporting documents required for registration of individual guarantees with the system
Original vehicle license;
Copy of the Technical Control Card issued by a VTCC (Vehicle Technical Control Centre);
Commencement of Business Certificate or the company’s Articles of Association;
Owner’s ID card or passport;
Copy of a recent (calendar-wise) sales or purchase invoice (ONLY for private vehicles);
A solemn declaration certified by a public authority, stating that the car shall perform transport solely on behalf of the company; (ONLY for private vehicles);
Copies of recent (calendar-wise) power or water or telecommunications bills
